The Seaworthy (200g)
Origins: Brazil, Ethiopia, Guatemala, Sulawesi
Tasting Notes: Pink grapefruit, almonds and toffee; medium body with complexity
This is Sinbad Coffee Roaster’s first blend and is currently being used as our espresso base. When putting this blend together we were aiming at something that is pleasant as a stand-alone espresso, but strong enough to be the base of any milk drink. As an espresso, the Seaworthy first presents itself as a bright citrusy coffee. The nuttiness will then catch up and it finishes with a lingering toffee sweetness at the back of the throat. With our blends, we always roast in advance and have them on our shelves because they require a considerable amount of rest (14 days at least).
