Roast: City+ to Full City
Tasting Notes: Citrus, almonds and toffee
This is Sinbad Coffee Roaster’s first blend and is currently being used as our espresso base. When putting this blend together we were aiming at something that is pleasant as a stand-alone espresso, but strong enough to be the base of any milk drink. As an espresso, the Seaworthy first presents itself as a bright citrusy coffee. The nuttiness will then catch up and it finishes with a lingering toffee sweetness at the back of the throat. This is the only bean we roast in advance to put on our shelves because it requires a considerable amount of rest (10 days at least).
