Description
The flavour profile of our second blend, The Fish Island, continues to evolve as we moved to a Honey processed Timor-Leste coffee instead of a Washed one. It now tastes of dates and peanut butter toast, butter and sweet and work especially well in a espresso based milk coffee.
With our blends, we always roast in advance and have them on our shelves because they require a considerable amount of rest (14 days at least).
