An honey processed Ethiopian coffee is not something you will see everyday, at least it is the first time we are selling it. The combination of Kudume/Wolicho coffees and the honey process results in a coffee with a more stone-fruity flavour profile. Acidity is there but rather muted. All in all this is an interesting coffee experience, a little bit like one’s intuition of an Ethiopian coffee or a honey-processed coffee is being challenged. Pretty wonderful experience.
