This small lot from Oro La Pacaya in Tarrazu is processed by the Beneficio BioCafe. In recent years, honey processed coffees from Costa Rica has become well known around the world and this lot did not disappoint. Smooth and round with pleasant acidity, it provides a good contrast to the more tea-like specialty coffees from Africa.
