Like most coffees from Cafe Granja La Esperanza, this anaerobic natural coffee from Potosi does not disappoint. A lovely coffee that is fruity and slightly winey, the effect of its processing method apparent but not overpowering, resulting in a flavour profile that is soft and sweet, but without the burden of fermentation.
