In recent years, excellent coffees from Sidama had been crowding out the COE competitions, often claiming a number of the top spots, showing the world the high quality of coffee that is being produced in this southern region of Ethiopia. This lot we have here is part of a special selection released by world barista champion Berg Wu from his current offering at his cafe, Simple Kaffa in Taiwan.
This coffee is a fruit basket in a cup, very pleasant to drink.
